  • Full mechanical package to 307 apartments with commercial and residential areas.

    The scheme was originally tendered at stage 2 design with ongoing works through a PCSA period to a complete stage 4 design.

    Services including domestic waters, district heating, underfloor heating, air conditioning, drainage, ventilation, commercial & residential sprinklers, smoke ventilation, BMS/EMS and dry risers.

  • Worked closely with the general contractor to secure the project to fully refurbish a live multi-departmental police station in South East London over multiple phases.

    Services included renewal of existing heating plant with minimal downtime, domestic waters, ventilation, BMS, CRAC units and air conditioning.

  • Successful tender of mechanical services to 263 units over 3 blocks. Tender also covered works to a large residents and supermarket car park area as well a cinema and gym.

    Systems involved include exhaust air heat pumps for apartments, underfloor heating, ventilation, domestic services, commercial & residential sprinklers, car park ventilation, smoke ventilation, BMS and wet & dry risers.

  • Secured project to complete the full refurbishment of 4 existing operating theatres utilising laminar flow systems with a phased handover.

    Services including heating, chilled water, domestic waters, RO water, medical gases, BMS and independent supply and extract AHU’s to each theatre.
